Reservation Policy:
1) Place your reservation request with your name, contact information, and travel dates.
2) Caribbean Vacation Properties will contact you via email or phone to confirm your reservation request. Full payment is required at the time of confirmation. Payment may be made via credit card or bank transfer. Reservations are final.
3) Offer is based on double occupancy. inclusive of a one bedroom suite unit and is limited to a 7 night maximum stay. Additional nights can be reserved for $149 / night for the hotel room plus $45.00/person/night for the resort all-inclusive bracelet.
4) Resort accomodations are available year round, subject to availability, black out dates and special events. Special offer can be booked as early as 48 hours in advance.
5) You must make your reservation before December 31st, 2009 but you may travel any date within the next 12 months.
6) You may place a hold via credit card until you wish to confirm.
7) You must be at least 21 years old to reserve.
8) A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in with a picture ID. Each traveler is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the resort.
9) All costs associated with transportation to and from the resort, food/beverages not covered by the "All inclusive" program, room key deposits, any and all applicable taxes, all personal expenses, gratuities, activities on and off the resort not covered by the "All inclusive" program, telephone calls, movie rentals, as well as any and all fees posted by the resort for the use of amenities, services or utilities at such resort, are the sole responsibility of the traveler and must be paid for by the traveler in cash or by valid credit card.
10) Early departures are non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy:
1) In the event of a guest cancellation due to a forecasted hurricane in the Caribbean, "Caribbean Vacation Properties" will issue a voucher in the amount equal to all monies or deposits paid valid for one year from the scheduled date of arrival. "Caribbean Vacation Properties" must be informed 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival if the reservation is to be cancelled due to a hurricane.
2) "Caribbean Vacation Properties" reserves the right to preemptively cancel a reservation due to a hurricane or forecasted mayor storm and, if so, will offer the option of a full refund of all monies paid to "Caribbean Vacation Properties" or a voucher valid for one year from the scheduled date of arrival
Transportation: The Management staff is able to arrange your airport transportation provided that you provide us with your travel information at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
