The Villa Meal Plan includes all meals while in residence. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared by our gourmet chef and served by our staff.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with cocktails and hors'd oeuvres.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are set based upon the personal preference of our guests along with any dietary requirements and restrictions. Breakfast normally include choices of cereals, breads, fresh fruits, juices, eggs, omelets, pancakes, milk, coffee, and other local fresh items. Dinner can include an array of fresh vegetables, salads, homemade deserts along with a main dish such as steak, lobster, fish, chicken, pork, shrimp, and just about any other local dish when available.
Dinner is based on theme nights and are set in a variety of locations. Examples of our theme nights include but are not limited to our Pool Side or Backyard BBQ, Authentic Pig Roast Night, Surf & Turf, Italian Night and our popular Dominican Style Dinner Buffet which will introduce you to authentic and delicious Caribbean dishes.
The Meal Plan also includes a generous supply of daily snacks, wine at dinner (Limit 1 bottle per 2 adults/night), one starter case of Presidente beer (each case contains 24, 12oz bottles) and 2 liters of Rum Brugal.
OPEN BAR: The bar is stocked with a variety of liquors such as vodka, scotch, gin, whiskey, rums, beer and mixers. The bar is always open and available to guests while in residence. There is a one time Open Bottle” charge of cost + 15%. Guests that require special brands of liquors need only advise us at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
