Thank you again for a wonderful time and taking care of us while in DR! We've been emailing non-stop since returning and jointly agree that it was a vacation to remember. The Villa and staff were kind, generous and treated us very well. You all made us feel very comfortable and we will cherish our memories of our stay for years to come!
We're already planning a return visit in 2009!

My family (14 in total) has just returned from a week's stay at Cabofino. It was a week of ups and downs but the positives far outweighed the negatives. The house has character and the furnishings are interesting (not cookie cutter).
The staff, headed by Juan and Richard, did all they could to make our stay memorable. This included a delicious outdoor suckling pig barbecue and many good island drinks whipped up by the bartender, Diones and our excellent chef Santos.
Most importantly, everyone deserves the greatest praise for their handling of an emergency when our 3-year old grandson was suddenly stricken with a high flu fever, followed by convulsions at 6:00 AM. The boy spent 2 nights in the clinic in Cabrera and received excellent treatment. As scary as the incident was, Juan and Richard calmly saw the family through it. We shall never forget their kindness and concern.

Just wanted to let you know how much my friends and I appreciated your hospitality. Villa Ocho is beautiful and Richard Jr and Juan gave us service that far exceeded any expectations that my friends and I had. Richard Jr threw an excellent party taking care of every detail leaving nothing to chance. The food was excellent, and the villa was gorgeous. Your property was superior to the "all inclusive" resorts. Your staff, especially Richard Jr., was very professional and made our stay a memorable one.

Hello Richard, just wanted to write and let you know I had another great vacation at your villa. Carmen and Lucas again made my trip. They are very special people, and Lucas speaks very highly of you. I'm looking to come down again in May, however Lucas tells me he is now in Sosua. I hope when I come down, he and Carmen can still come to POP. Thank you again, and I'll be in touch around March or April.

We can't thank you enough for the special attention you gave to our family. We were a little leery about coming to the Dominican Republic and you know we already planned a trip to Mexico. Thanks for talking us into staying at one of your properties at the Dominican Republic. I would recommend Villa Atlantica at Sea Horse Ranch to anyone. If you need a reference, feel free to give my name and number out. We will be back next year and hope Villa Cabofino will be available.
We all ( Susan, Sharon, Bill, and Big Ted [Teddy]) appreciate everything you and Junior did for us. Please tell Santos that he is the best chef we know. We really appreciate the day you let us spend at Cabofino. We love the Dominican Republic.

This is to let you know that our vacation with you at Villa Cabofino sucked. I ate all the great food prepared by the Chef and gained 10 lbs. I drank all the Island drinks and developed a love for Brugal rum and I spent three days on the golf course and did not improve my game because the breathtaking views on the course would not let me concentrate on my score.
I spent afternoons on the beach at Playa Grande where I developed a nice sun burn. My vacation was so bad, that I will be back again next year. All kidding aside, your staff at Cabofino is great and the day I spent at Villa Lazy Heart horseback riding and playing tennis was a great excursion for our group. Thanks for all the good memories and thanks for the day pass to Lazy Heart.

We had a lovely time. The villa was just beautiful. I was surprised at how beautiful the Island was. It was more tropical than I expected. Sousa was stunning. I don't think seven days is enough time.
I am back home in the snow now....yuck. Richard, thanks for making our vacation a special one. It was truly a beautiful place.

This island is a paradise! The views were just spectacular. Your staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was great. The villa was better than the images showed on your website (and we thought those images were nice).
We have never spent Thanksgiving away from home, but this is one our family will never forget! Thanks for a great holiday vacation. We will definitely be back!

Our group had a wonderful vacation. I don't know how much nicer your other villas can be, but Villa Lazy Heart was superb. The housekeepers and rest of your staff made us feel at home. Actually that's not true, the surroundings were better than at home and we don't get waited on like that back home. I hope your staff doesn't think we party like that all the time - ha, ha.
A good time was definitely had by all. The villa and gardens were beautiful and the beach was fabulous. We are telling everyone back home how it really is a decent value - especially for large groups of 10 or more. Especially considering the accommodations, surroundings and views.
As a group we have cruised together too, but this was better. Thanks again for a great time. We'll see you next year.

I had to write and tell you what a special vacation we had at your Dominican Republic rental villa. My husband has pleasantly surprised me in the past with nice Valentine's gifts, but I must say this gift has been the best to date. We never realized how spectacular the views would be. Seeing the whales offshore with our binoculars was a special event. Charles was able to take some great pictures.
Of course, the staff and amenities helped make for an unforgettable Valentine's weekend. Certainly our friends - the O'Neal's and Vinson's - can attest to that. The evening sky and weather couldn't have been better. The Casa Del Mar villa was beautiful with great balcony views.
All week it was great to sit on the porch, lay out on the beach and by the pool in the middle of February! Beats those Toronto winters. Thanks again for a lovely vacation, one I will truly never forget.
