-Rates good for 1-4 people. Add $60 per person per night for 5th and 6th person.

Reservation & Payment:
A non refundable deposit of 50% is due when your reservation is confirmed. Payment is due by wire transfer to a US escrow account. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival by wire transfer, or in cash upon arrival. Check in: 3:00pm Check out: 11:00am

Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $500 must be paid in cash upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon departure provided that all personal and property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced.
