1. Q:  What is included in the meal plan?

Your meal plan includes breakfast, lunch(while in residence), and diner.   Your meals will be prepared by your own private chef and served by your private waiter.  The plan also includes unlimited local beer (Presidente,) as well as unlimited Brugal Rum.  In addition, the plan includes one night of filet mignon and lobster as well as a traditional Dominican pig roast. 2. Q:  Is the meal plan mandatory?

Do to the fact that Cabrera is a very small town, the choices of supermarkets and restaurants are limited.  For this reason, the meal plan is mandatory for guests that stay in Lazy Heart and Cabofino.  For guests who are not staying in Cabrera the meal plan is optional. Back

3. Q:  What are other meal options?

Another option for guests, who are not staying in Cabrera, is our Personal Chef option.  With this option we provide one of chefs to prepare your meals.  Guests are responsible for purchasing all food and beverages.  We can shop for your food and beverages for a 10% stocking fee.  For our guests staying in the Hacienda Resorts Complex, (Cofresi Villas,) we offer All Inclusive bracelets.  These bracelets allow you access to all of Hacienda Resorts non VIP restaurants, buffets, and bars.  In addition, with these bracelets you are allowed access to all of the resorts non – VIP pools and amenities.  Guests who are not staying in Cabrera are more than welcome not to take any meal option.  All Villas have fully stocked working kitchens.  Our Villa managers can recommend the best restaurants in your area as well. 4. Q:  Do you have a set menu?

No, we do not have a set menu.  Our chefs and Villa Managers will work with you to cater meals according to your group’s likes and desires. Back

5. Q:  Who does the preparation, and the cooking?

Our award winning chefs will prepare delicious meals catered to your groups desires.  Drinks, meals, and snacks will be served throughout the day by your waiter. Back

6. Q:  Can I bring my own food and liquors?

You are welcome to bring any food or liquor that you wish. Back

7. Q:  Are additional liquors or drinks available?

Of course. We will pre-stock our bar according to your groups likes.  Additional liquors or wines are charged on a “per open bottle” basis. Back

Absolutely. We will work with any special requests, or allergies your group may have. Back

9. Q:  If I decide to eat outside the villa will I be charged for the meals I didn’t eat?

Yes, due to the fact that we need to stock the Villa prior to your group’s arrival, we can not discount for meals that are not served. Back
