Casa Piloto - (Villa 1a)   An Oceanside private complex that boasts its own exclusive beachfront.  Casa Piloto is available for rent with interconnecting gardens and  private gated beach access.  This is the perfect place for the gathering of family & friends or the ultimate corporate get-a-way.  Enjoy a week at one of the first "dream" villas built on Cofresi beach by the original Hacienda Resorts developer.  This 5 bedroom villa was once a gathering spot for celebrities.

Villa Falco    Once home to the famous recording artist, FALCO, Villa Falco is a two (2) story three (3) bedroom four (4) bathroom Villa.  The master suite occupies the entire second floor.  The second floor suite has a unique open design with French doors that open onto a private patio with beautiful mountain views.  The first floor bedrooms all have in suite bathrooms.  Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that open onto their own private garden patio. Villa 2A  & Villa 2B     share an ocean front  private pool & garden.  This unique two story duplex villa is available individually or together.  Each villa is a mirror image of the other sharing both front and back yards, Villa 2a & 2b is adjacent to Hacienda Tropical, just steps from the resort restaurants, bars, swimming pools and beach.  Villa 2a & 2b have beautiful ocean views with its  back gate  just steps from the beach.  Each villa contains a master suite located on the second floor along with one bedroom on the first floor.  Each bedroom has a separate adjacent smaller side bedroom.  The side bedrooms are  perfect for families with children or for those traveling on a budget.  This unique bedroom arrangement allows for occupancy of 5 adults in a two double bed/two single bed configuration. There is a garden patio that overlooks the ocean.  Each villa has a living & dining area on the first floor along with a small kitchen area.  The living and dining areas have hand made glass-wood doors that open onto the patio & pool area.

Villa 28A & Villa28B    Like Villa 2A & Villa 2B,  Villa 28A & 28B are mirror images of each other.  Each villa is a three (3) bedroom four (4) bathroom villa with an expansive outdoor stair case leading from the second floor bedroom to the private patio, garden and pool area.  Each villa enjoys its own privacy behind a unique stone privacy wall steps above the sidewalk-street level of the village.  The villas share beautiful mountain - sunset views.  Each Villa is decorated with its own Island Style.  The privacy afforded by the beautiful garden-pool grounds of each villa allows European guests the privacy to work on their all over tan.  Villa 28A & 28B are perfect for the family & friends getaway. 

Villa Ocho  is a two (2) story five(5) bedroom six(6) bathroom Spanish Caribbean Villa.  It has two very expansive master suites that occupy the entire second floor and contain a private patio along with its own private second floor sun deck. The second floor master suites have a private outdoor staircase leading to the pool & garden area.  Each of the other three bedrooms are located on the first floor.  Each bedroom has its own private in suite bathroom.  Two of the three first floor bedrooms are up two steps from the first floor, the other bedroom has sliding glass doors that open onto the outdoor patio & bar area that surrounds the entire villa.  The first floor contains an indoor stone bar that separates the kitchen\bar area from the living area.  Off the living room there is a unique round table dining area with ocean & garden views.
